User-Panel Tickets

Best for plan status, traffic resets, connection failures, route selection, payment verification, and refund requests. Tickets are linked to your account, making it easier to verify subscription status and add troubleshooting details over time.

Tickets are handled in submission order. The more complete your description, the sooner support can move to troubleshooting.

Submission Guidelines

Prepare Before Submitting

A ticket does not need to be lengthy, but it should include enough information to reproduce the issue. Organize the details by issue type instead of writing only “Cannot connect” or “Slow speed.”

Connection or Routing Issues

Specify the platform you use, the current route name, any message shown, whether the issue affects all websites or only a specific service, and what happened after switching routes. Supported platforms include Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux.

Plan or Traffic Issues

Include your current plan, what you did around the activation date, and the status shown in the user panel. Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; mid-cycle upgrades are prorated based on the remaining days.

Payment or Refund Issues

State the payment method used, the order status shown in the user panel, and what you would like resolved. Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are supported, with a 60-day no-questions-asked refund.
