First, open VPNWQ’s free access page. Creating an account requires only a username and password; no email address is needed. Use the username to access the user dashboard later and the password to protect your plans, orders, and subscription details. Use a password reserved for this service and save both credentials in a trusted password manager instead of relying on temporary browser memory.
After you submit your account details, the page will open the user dashboard. Confirm that the username shown at the top or in the account overview is the one you just created before choosing a plan. If the page remains on the login screen, use the username and password you saved. Avoid creating multiple accounts, since orders and subscription details are separate for each account and using the wrong link can complicate troubleshooting.
The user dashboard is the single entry point for everything that follows. Plan purchases, order status, client access, and subscription links are all handled there. This guide does not provide static installation package URLs or display directly usable subscription links on a public page. That helps you get the correct client for your platform and ensures the configuration belongs to your current account.
Choose a Plan and Place Your Order
Open the plans area in the user dashboard and decide whether you need ongoing monthly access or a long-term data package. Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB; data resets monthly on the activation date. The main difference is the monthly allowance, and all three plans support unlimited devices.
If your usage varies, consider a data package. Options are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They last until the data is used and never expire. Data does not reset monthly, making these packages suitable for occasional use or backup access. Monthly subscriptions work better for daily use of office tools, AI Tools, and Streaming; data packages suit scattered usage when you want unused data to remain available long term.
After choosing a plan, create an order as instructed in the dashboard, then select an available payment method: Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. After payment, return to the order or account overview to check the status. Do not submit the same order repeatedly before its status updates, as this can create multiple pending records. If payment is complete but the status has not changed, refresh the order page later. If it still cannot be confirmed, submit the order details through the support ticket entry in the user dashboard.
When you upgrade a monthly subscription mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. You do not need to start with the highest data tier; choose based on your actual use of video quality, file syncing, and work apps. All plans include a 60-day refund policy. Get Your Subscription Link
Once the order is active, open the account overview in the user dashboard. Find the copy option in the subscription section and copy the link for your current account to the clipboard. This is not an ordinary webpage URL, but a route list that clients read and update. After import, the client uses the link to retrieve the currently available routes and their configurations.
Your subscription link is tied to your account benefits and should be protected like a password. Do not post it in public chats, forums, screenshots, or shared documents. To import it on another device you own, use a trusted end-to-end sync tool or log in to the user dashboard on the target device and copy it again. VPNWQ supports unlimited devices, so you do not need a new subscription for another personal device.

Import Your Subscription on Each Platform
First, choose your platform in the client section of the user dashboard. Client access is provided only inside the dashboard; this public guide does not include direct links to static installation packages. After obtaining the client, open it, find subscription or configuration management, and import the link copied in the previous stage. A successful import means the client displays selectable routes, not merely a saved link record.
Windows
On Windows, use the VPNWQ desktop client provided in the dashboard. Open its subscription or configuration page, choose Import from Clipboard, confirm that the field contains the complete subscription link, and then add or update it. Return to the route page and look for locations such as Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo, and Los Angeles. Start with a nearby route and avoid enabling other proxy tools at the same time, as their system proxy settings may conflict.
If an old subscription already exists in the client, confirm whether it still belongs to the current account. Updating the existing subscription is usually clearer than adding it again; delete and re-import it only when the subscription link has changed. Once the route list finishes loading, proceed to the connection stage.
macOS
On macOS, get the VPNWQ client from the user dashboard and complete any required permissions shown by the system on first launch. Open subscription management, choose Add Remote Subscription or Import from Clipboard, paste the link, and save it. After the update completes, return to the main screen, choose a route, and turn on the connection. If macOS asks to add a network configuration, confirm that the app came from the dashboard entry you just used, then follow the system prompts.
The client status in the menu bar should match the main window. If the main window shows Connected but the menu bar has not updated, disconnect and reconnect. Do not let multiple clients of the same type manage the system network configuration at once.
Android
On Android, open the client access page from the user dashboard as well. Install and open the VPNWQ client, then tap Add on the subscription page and choose Import from Clipboard or enter the subscription address. Save it and update the subscription, then wait for the route list to appear. The first time you connect, Android will ask you to confirm network access; this is a required system step for the client to establish its local network tunnel.
Some devices restrict background activity. If the connection drops whenever you switch apps, review background activity and battery-saving policies in the system app settings. Setting names vary widely by device; for platform-specific troubleshooting, visit the FAQs.
iOS
On iOS, use the entry provided in the user dashboard to get the appropriate client. Open it, find the subscription, configuration, or server section, choose Add via Link, paste the subscription address, and update it. The first time you connect, iOS will show a confirmation window for adding a network configuration. Complete the system verification, return to the client, choose a route, and turn on the connection.
If no routes appear after pasting, first check that the copied content is complete, then return to the account overview and copy it again. Do not type a long link manually from a screenshot, since missing characters can be difficult to notice. Once the route list loads successfully, continue with connection verification.

Connect to a Route and Verify It Works
After importing the subscription, start by choosing a geographically nearby location from the client’s route list. Hong Kong, Singapore, or Japan are common starting points; switch to the relevant location when a service has a specific regional requirement. Turn on the connection after choosing a route and wait for the status to change from Connecting to Connected. Until the status is stable, do not repeatedly click the switch or rapidly change routes.
After connecting, open a webpage that normally works for you to confirm that the basic network is still available. Then open the office tools, AI Tools, or Streaming services you need. This helps distinguish between a connection that is not established at all and a service that still requires a different region. If ordinary webpages work but the target service does not, try another route in the target region before reinstalling the client.
When testing Streaming, remember that the route location determines the network exit, while the platform account’s region, content rights, and account status remain managed by the platform. When testing AI Tools, first confirm that the service account itself can log in normally. VPNWQ provides cross-border route connections but does not change eligibility or usage rules for third-party services.
If no webpages open, disconnect first and confirm that the local network itself works. Then reopen the client, update the subscription, and switch to another route. Daily Use and Quick Fixes
After the first connection, daily use only requires opening the client, confirming that the subscription is up to date, choosing a route, and connecting. You can keep frequently used routes in the client, but there is no need to stay on the same route permanently. When a route does not suit the current network conditions, switching to another route in the same region is usually more direct than repeatedly restarting the device.
Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. Check the current plan and order details in the user dashboard. Data packages last until used and never expire. When adjusting your usage, review the remaining benefits in the dashboard before deciding whether to upgrade the monthly subscription or choose a data package. Do not estimate long-term usage from a single video or file download.
If the client’s route list differs from the user dashboard, update the subscription first. When changing devices, log in to the user dashboard on the new device and get the client and subscription again; the service supports unlimited devices. When you stop using an old device, remove its subscription configuration to reduce the time the link remains stored on an idle device.
