These terms apply to the international network access and route subscription services provided by VPNWQ. By visiting this website, creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using a route, users confirm that they have read and accepted these terms. Anyone who disagrees with them should stop using the relevant services. These terms define the basic rights and responsibilities of both parties concerning account management, subscription use, refunds, and service maintenance.
Service scope and subscriptions
VPNWQ provides network acceleration across 110+ countries and 190+ routes, with support for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Services include an account panel, route access, subscription management, and client download links. Route locations, access methods, and available nodes may change due to network conditions, maintenance needs, or upstream resources. Users should rely on the information displayed in the account panel at the time.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is calculated against the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Included traffic, subscription period, and price are based on the information confirmed on the purchase page. Used traffic is not restored by changing clients or routes.
Account and subscription rules
No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their login credentials, subscription links, and client import details, and are responsible for activity conducted through their accounts. If a subscription link is exposed or used abnormally, users should update their credentials in the account panel or submit a support ticket promptly.
The service supports simultaneous connections on an unlimited number of devices, but use is limited to the account holder and devices managed by that person. Users may not sell, rent, or transfer accounts, publish subscription links, or split route access among other people. Unauthorized sharing, resale, or bulk distribution increases route risks and may result in account restrictions.
Lawful use and account termination
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and independently confirm the usage rules of the services they access. VPNWQ must not be used to infringe others' rights, access systems without authorization, distribute malicious software, commit fraud, disrupt network operations, or conduct other unlawful activities. Users must also follow the account and content policies of the websites, applications, and content platforms they use.
If an account is used unlawfully, to attack networks, resell subscriptions, publicly share access credentials, maliciously consume route resources, or repeatedly affect other users' normal connections, VPNWQ may suspend route access or terminate the account. Where necessary, the service may require users to resolve account security issues before restoring subscription access. Remaining benefits after termination will be handled under the applicable refund policy.
Service availability and responsibility limits
International connections may be affected by the user's local network, device settings, target service policies, route maintenance, and third-party infrastructure. VPNWQ maintains international routes based on available resources, but does not promise the same connection performance in every region, with every target service, or at all times. Some access points may be temporarily unavailable during scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, or route changes.
Users should save important configurations and account information and confirm the impact before changing system network settings. To the extent permitted by applicable law, VPNWQ is not responsible beyond the purchased subscription benefits for interruptions or data loss caused by device failures, incorrect configurations, exposed credentials, third-party service changes, or network events outside its control. Military-grade encryption protects connection traffic but does not change the data-handling rules of the target website.
Refunds and changes to these terms
A full refund may be requested without giving a reason within 60 days of the first payment. Refund requests can be submitted through a ticket in the account panel. Users should provide information that identifies the relevant order so the subscription record can be checked. Once the refund is completed, the subscription benefits associated with that order will stop.
VPNWQ may update these terms because of changes to service scope, route resources, legal requirements, or features. Updates will be posted on this page or in the account panel and will identify the update month. Updated terms apply to subsequent access and use from the time they are published. Material changes affecting user rights will be presented clearly. Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of the terms then in effect.
