Data Collection and Processing Purposes
VPNWQ registration does not require an email address; an account can be created with a username and password. An email address is therefore not a required registration field, and this service does not ask users to provide one when creating an account. Account data mainly includes the username, securely processed authentication information, plan status, summarized traffic usage, and settings needed for account features. This data is used to authenticate users, display subscription status, assign service permissions, and handle account requests.
Order records include the selected plan or traffic package, amount due, payment status, order status, creation and completion times, and information needed to process refunds. Order data is used to deliver subscriptions, verify payments, process full refunds without requiring a reason when requested within 60 days after the initial payment, and handle transaction disputes and necessary accounting records.
The website may collect basic access analytics, such as visited pages, referring pages, browser type, device category, and page error information. This information is used to check whether pages work properly, fix compatibility issues, and improve navigation. Analytics are not used to build profiles of the international websites users visit.
No-Logs and Connection Data
VPNWQ follows a no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users access through international routes, or retain browsing content, domain queries, message content, or historical lists that could reconstruct specific network activity. This service does not create personal browsing records for marketing analysis.
The system processes only the technical data needed to maintain connections, calculate plan traffic, and keep accounts available. Traffic usage is associated with a plan in summarized form and does not include destinations or content. By default, this service does not create or retain long-term connection logs that could combine a username, source address, destination, and exact connection time to reconstruct activity.
When a connection fails, users may voluntarily submit error screenshots, client status, or diagnostic information through a support ticket. These materials are used only to address the relevant issue and are deleted or stripped of identifying information after support is complete. Before submitting anything, users should check and mask personal content unrelated to troubleshooting.
Cookies and Local Storage
The website and user panel may use Cookies or browser local storage to save login status, language preferences, interface settings, and necessary security state. This data is used to maintain sessions, reduce repeated actions, and display pages in the selected language. Disabling necessary storage may prevent login, access to the user panel, or some account features from working properly.
Authentication information in local storage is used only to prove login status to same-origin account interfaces. After a user signs out or clears browser site data, related state stored in the current browser is removed. On a shared device, users should sign out and clear local data when finished.
Payments and Third-Party Processing
VPNWQ supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant third-party payment services, and payment pages may collect information needed to complete a transaction under their own rules. VPNWQ does not directly store complete authentication credentials for third-party payment accounts.
To confirm whether an order is complete, this service receives and stores necessary transaction results, such as the order identifier, payment channel, amount, status, and result notification. Each third-party payment service applies its own privacy rules to data it collects independently. Users should read the relevant terms shown on the payment page before paying.
Data Retention, Deletion, and Policy Updates
Account information is retained while an account remains active to provide subscription and user panel features. Order records are retained for as long as needed to fulfill transactions, process refunds, handle disputes, and meet applicable compliance obligations. Access analytics are preferably stored in aggregated or de-identified form; when the processing purpose is complete and continued retention is not necessary, the relevant data is deleted or anonymized.
Users can request access to, correction of, or deletion of account-related data through the support ticket entry in the user panel. To prevent action by another person, this service may ask the requester to complete identity verification for the current account first. After a deletion request is completed, information required for legal obligations, open orders, refund processing, or dispute resolution may still be retained to the necessary extent.
This policy may be updated when service features, data processing methods, or applicable rules change. The revised text will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top will be changed. When there are important changes to data processing, the user panel may provide a relevant notice. Users can review the latest version before continuing to use the service.
